Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service. Google Play requires that the following disclosures be made before purchase. They are reproduced here so they are accessible at any time.

1. Plans and prices

Local prices and currencies are shown in the App at the moment of purchase and are the prices that apply to you. In the euro area they are currently about €2.19 per week, €5.49 per month and €42.99 per year. All prices include applicable VAT where required.

2. What you get with Pro

• Unlimited spirals (vs. 1 free spiral a day on a free or guest account).
• No waiting: at busy times free spirals are answered in turn, Pro spirals straight away.
• Oracle Mode — every card in the deck.
• Text-check tool.
• Compatibility-test tool.
• Anthem mode (2-line "soundtrack" attached to a spiral).
• Streak-freeze rescue (up to 3 freezes/month).
• The full daily / weekly task list (vs. the smaller free list).
• All future Pro features at no additional cost during your subscription term.

3. Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, charged to your Google Play payment method, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time:

• Google Play app → tap your profile picture (top-right) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Overthink This → Cancel subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until that date.

4. Free Pro trials (Thinkpass+ drops)

The App may grant you free Pro access (typically 2 days) as a reward for reaching certain levels (5, 50, 75, 100), or for inviting friends. These free trials:

• Do not require a payment method.
• Do not convert into a paid subscription automatically.
• Expire at the end of the trial period, returning you to the Free tier.

4.1 Invite codes

Every signed-in account has an invite code. When a new user enters your code, you and that user each receive one bonus spiral. Whoever of the two has a paid Pro subscription at that moment receives 1,000 XP instead of the bonus spiral. The rules:

• A code can only be entered within the first 14 days after an account is created. After that the option to enter a code is no longer available.
• Each account can enter one code, once. You must be signed in with Google; guest accounts cannot enter or share codes.
• You cannot use your own code, and a code cannot be redeemed on the same device as the account it belongs to.
• The inviter is rewarded for up to 10 invited users.
• Once 3 users you invited have each purchased a Pro subscription after entering your code, you earn 30 days of free Pro, once. Free trials and reward days do not count as a purchase, and neither does a subscription that was bought or had ended before the code was entered. We may send you a notification when an invited user's purchase counts. The 30 days do not start by themselves: they appear on the Invite screen and start when you press Activate. They cannot be activated while you have a paid Pro subscription running; they are kept for you until it ends. Like other free Pro access, it does not renew and does not require a payment method.
• Bonus spirals are used after your daily free spiral and do not expire. Bonus spirals, XP and free Pro days have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-invites or other abuse, and we may change or end the invite programme for the future.

5. Restore purchases

If you reinstall the App or sign in on a new device, your subscription is restored automatically from Google Play. You can also tap Restore purchases on the paywall to force a refresh.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play and refunds are handled under Google's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds; please request them through Google Play (Account → Order history → Report a problem).

EU 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU): Subscriptions to digital content are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once supply has begun with your express prior consent. By starting your first AI generation under your subscription you waive this right. This does not affect any other statutory consumer right.

7. Price changes

We may adjust prices for future billing periods. We will notify you in-app at least 30 days before any change. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the next renewal.

8. Account termination and subscriptions

If we close your account for a violation of the Terms of Service, your active subscription is not refunded for the unused portion. Google Play's refund policy still applies.

If you delete your account voluntarily during an active subscription, you forfeit the remainder of that subscription period.
